A candidate forum, co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Lake County, the Daily Herald and the University Center of Lake County, will be held for the following offices:

• Clerk of the Circuit Court (Republican - Keith Brin, Gerald Dietz)
• Coroner (Republican - Steve Newton, Howard Cooper & Democrat - Thomas Rudd, Artis Yancey)
• Lake County Recorder (Republican - Bob Bednar, Marty Blumenthal)
• State's Attorney (Republican - Louise Hayes, Mike Neirheim, Bryan Winter & Democrat - Chris Kennedy, Reginald Mathews, Karen Boyd Williams)
